2020 Annual Federal Tax Refresher

2020 Annual Federal Tax Refresher The 2020 Annual Federal Tax Refresher course is designed to meet the requirements of the IRS Annual Filing Season Certificate program. It discusses new tax law and recent updates for the upcoming filing season, provides a general tax review, and examines important rules governing tax return preparer ethics, practices and procedures.
In organizing this course, the term “domain” is used in place of the more common “chapter” to more closely follow the language of the IRS Annual Federal Tax Refresher course outline.
To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete an online examination with a score of 70% or higher. The exam has a 3 hour time limit and must be completed in one sitting. The exam is open book, so we recommend having your course materials open while you take the exam. If you do not pass on your first attempt, you may re-take the exam as many times as you would like. NOTE: IRS CE regulations prohibit an answer key or any other specific answer feedback from being provided after passing the AFTR exam.
